TERMS OF SERVICE

General Information:BIG PSA- Alongside being a University student I also have unmedicated ADHD and struggle with motivation at times / being busy with my schedule which can impact how long commissions take. I try my absolute best to keep in contact but do tend to forget things , PLEASE be sure to message me whenever you need an update or check in.- Commissions that don't give me an exact set date can take from a week to a few months to complete due to either complexity or as stated above issues. Please be sure to bring up with me any important dates or deadlines you wish to enforce for your commission.Process:-Commissions are taken through DMs with either Twitter , Discord or Instagram.- I take my payments in full upfront through my KO-FI in USD.- Once payment goes through I will get back to the client with a concept sketch of your order and any edits that need to be made after the first pass. Then once given the green light I will show you the final product and any edits or changes needed can be asked for, I will not completely change a piece after the sketch is agreed upon.+ if you have additional ideas even after concept sketch pass be sure to ask me and I will see what we can do if I'm already lining/colouring etc- I will need at least one reference of your character that I can work with that includes colour (and if it doesn't simply send me colours manually), I can typically work with any kind of reference but I will ask for clarification if needed.+ If a character is not an OC but rather a character from media and you have personal headcanons please give me references or show pictures that will get your idea across.- If no reference is to be had with either the character or posing please either badly draw the reference OR send me an inspiration board. I will not accept AI generated reference images.Guidelines:-I consent to my artwork being edited slightly after the commission is completed (pride flags, filters, adding or removing small details) although you must take full responsibility for said changes as they are not connected to me.-I don’t condone the use of my art to make merch for sale, UNLESS it is for personal use ONLY. Do not create things with my artwork with the intention of selling them.-I must receive full credit for the artwork. I generally ask people if they are okay with me posting their commissions on my accounts, please clarify to me if the piece should be kept private.Art Boundaries:What I WILL draw:> characters from existing media
> humans
> anthros
> light mechanical design / armour
> NSFW artWhat I WON'T draw:> non-con / generally more taboo fetish art / incest etc etc
> propaganda or racist depictions
> any pairing / characters i feel uncomfortable drawing, feel free to ask me in DMs-Complicated designs are a mixed bag with me, I will let you know once seeing a reference sheet if I believe I can draw your character.Refunds:-Full refunds can only be given if I haven't started a piece yet or if for some reason I am unable to complete the drawing.-I am always happy to fully refund commissions if I have taken too long, sometimes issues arise and if contacted I will NEVER cause issue for someone wanting a refund for too much time taken to complete the artwork. Please reach out to me for a refund, even if i take time to get the money you WILL be refunded.-If the piece it’s at the very least halfway done (sketch/or lined) a partial refund can be offered.-I will not refund drawings that are fully completely but that you simply "do not like" after I have complied with your commission order to the best of my ability and you had green lit the concept sketch.
